Stop Smoking Guide - Set Backs

Try not to get too despondent if you slip up and have a cigarette. It doesn’t have to set you back if you use it as a learning experience and continue with your plans to quit.

Remain positive by reminding yourself that it isn’t easy to stop smoking and that you’re not going to give up just because you made one mistake.

Remind yourself why you wanted to quit in the first place and remember the positive health benefits from being smoke free.

Keep going – you can do it!!
