Art Therapy, a therapeutic technique that does not require any previous experience or skill in art, uses art materials for self-expression and reflection in the presence of a trained art therapist.
Art therapy can provide an outlet for release of various emotions, such as fear, anxiety, stress and depression. It can also act as a distraction for participants, providing time for relaxation, leading to a greater sense well-being.
Art Therapy sessions are provided by Mari Kelly, a State Registered Art Therapist, with several years of art therapy experience with cancer care. To book a place or for further information please phone: 028 90680756 or email
