Activities include projects such as:
- NI's Smoker's Helpline
- UCF Stop Smoking Clinic (now in its 26th year)

Co-ordination of Annual "No Smoking Day"
- Cessation training
- Adolescent Smoking Cessation in Schools.
- Smoking Matters for Young People
- "Smokebusters" and "Teenagers Against Smoking Initiatives".
The foundation is Action on Smoking &Health ASH NI.
ASH AIMS:
To mobilise and encourage effective tobacco control action.
The Ulster Cancer Foundation will work to achieve this aim by addressing:
- Smoking and Young people
- Smoke-free Environment
- Smoking Cessation
- Women and Smoking
- Social Inequalities and Smoking
- Research and Information
- Campaigning
- Litigation
- Training and resource development
- Inter-agency Collaboration
- The Way Forward
