Co-ordinated by the Ulster Cancer Foundation "Just Be Smokefree" is a European smoking prevention and cessation competition for young people.

Aim

To help young smokers to quit smoking and non-smokers to stay non-smokers.

Rules of the competition:

1. You must be between 14-18 years old and want to "Just be Smokefree" from 1st October - 31st October 2005.

2. You must sign your application form immediately and send it to us here at the Ulster Cancer Foundation (Freepost).

3. Closing date for receipt of application forms 30th September 2005.

4. Stay smokefree for 1 month.

5. Non-smokers must remain a non-smoker or if occasional or daily smoker you must want to quit smoking for 1 month.

6. At the beginning of November winners will be drawn. (Winners will be tested)

7. If you have remained smokefree throughout that period you have a wonderful chance to win one of these TOP PRIZES, 5 of cash, 5 mini iPods or one of TWENTY RUNNER-UP PRIZES or even a HOLIDAY to a EUROPEAN DESTINATION.
