Are you sick of smoking and want to give up?? Why not use this competition as a focus to help young smokers to quit smoking.? This is a European competition for young people from all over Europe.? Why not be a part of it and stop smoking now?

Young people can enter by printing off and sending us an application form.? The rules of the competition are simple, smokers are able to participate in the competition if they are willing to stop smoking for 3 months.? Non-smokers can enter is they pledge to remain 'smoke free' for three months.? After the three month period if you have been successful in not smoking your name will be entered into a draw.

Each participating member state will organise the competition in its area.? In Year One the 5 winners in Northern Ireland each received £400.? There was also the opportunity for all national prize winners to enter a FINAL DRAW to produce an overall European winner who won a trip to Rome.? In Year One the Final Draw winner was from Norway.
