Patient to Patient Home and Hospital Visits

People who have experienced cancer themselves and been successfully treated, can offer a unique understanding and practical support to those people who are facing similar difficult situations. Patient "Volunteers" who are carefully selected as being both physically and emotionally well adjusted provide this service. At present our trained volunteer visiting service is offered to patients with:

  • Breast Cancer
  • Colon Cancer
  • Laryngeal Cancer
  • Lymphomas Cancer
  • Ovarian Cancer
  • Parents of children with cancer
  • Prostate Cancer

We also have a register of "other sites" cancer patients who can visit when requested. These include testicular and skin cancer patients.

For further information or to arrange a visit contact Eileen Creery - Direct line 028 9038 6320 or the Cancer Helpline 0800 7833 339
