Iceland Trek 2006

Icelandic Challenge 2006 Be Part of the Experience Due to the sell out success of the Icelandic Challenge 2005 the Ulster Cancer Foundation will be running the event again in 2006.
The Icelandic Challenge is an 8-day walking adventure, which will take place on Saturday 1st July Saturday 8th July 2006. The trek begins across lava fields and rivers before dropping into stunning gorges, towards beautiful multi coloured mountains, finishing in the capital Reykjavik.
If you have always wanted to visit Iceland, have the energy and enthusiasm, are medically fit and aged between 18 and 65, then this is the trek for you!
To secure your place on the trek there is a registration fee of £250. (Please include your name and full postal address)
In addition to the registration fee each walker must raise a minimum sponsorship target of £2,000 but dont worry, UCF fundraising staff are here to support you at each step of the way.
By embarking on a challenge of a lifetime and enjoying the wonderful scenery of Iceland, you will be investing in a better future for people with cancer here in Northern Ireland and helping to fund the Ulster Cancer Foundations vital patient care services, cancer research and cancer prevention campaigns.
